The affiliate dashboard (partner portal)
What your partners see — live stats, links, codes, payout history — and how to brand it with sections, texts, and your accent color.
What partners see
The page carrying [affiliate_factory_portal] is your partners' home: their referral link ready to copy, their personal coupon code, live stats (visits, referrals, pending and payable amounts), and their payout history. Pending amounts are explained rather than mysterious — a partner can see why a commission is still pending (maturity window) instead of emailing you about it.
That transparency is not a nicety; it's your support-load reducer and your recruiting asset. Partners who can self-serve their numbers promote more and email less — the full argument is in what partners actually need from a dashboard. You can experience the portal from the partner's side in the live demo.
Customizing it
Under Settings → Affiliate dashboard:
- Sections — toggle what appears: stats, link and code, payout history, and so on. A lean program can show a lean portal.
- Texts — retitle and reword anything partners read, in your voice or your language.
- Accent color — match the portal to your brand in one field.
Need more than the options offer? Settings → Custom CSS applies your own styles, scoped so they can't leak into the rest of your theme.
Login and access
The portal is tied to the partner's WordPress account (created at application). Anyone logged in without an affiliate account sees an invitation to apply instead of an error — the application page and portal link to each other.
Making it work harder
The portal delivers whatever you put in front of partners, so put useful things there: your current promotion angles, banner links, seasonal pushes. Pair it with a short monthly partner newsletter and ready-made content angles — equipped partners outsell reminded ones.
