Licensing & billing

How licenses, site slots, renewals, upgrades, and refunds work — and what happens if a license expires.

How licenses work

One key, tied to your email, activating on a set number of sites: Personal 1, Professional 5, Agency unlimited. Every plan includes every feature — plans differ only in activations and support tier. Activation happens on the plugin's Affiliates → License screen; the key is stored encrypted on your site.

Your account page shows everything about your license self-service: status, expiry, active sites (with remote deactivation for dead sites), and the latest plugin download.

Renewal

Licenses run one year and include updates and support for that year. Renewing extends from your current expiry — renewing early never costs you time. When a license expires, the plugin keeps working — your program, tracking, and payouts continue untouched. What stops is updates and support: the update row in WordPress explains the situation instead of updating.

Upgrades

Outgrowing your site limit? Contact support with your key and the plan you want — we set the plan difference as the price, your key stays the same, and your activations carry over.

The 14-day guarantee

Every plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. Open a support ticket with the Refund request topic, include your order email and license key, and it's handled without interrogation. Refunding deactivates the license. (The full policy wording lives in the Terms.)

Staging sites

Test on staging before production — the Terms make it your responsibility, and it's simply good practice. Deactivate the staging copy from Affiliates → License (or the account page) when done, and the slot frees instantly.

Payment details

Checkout issues your key immediately. Where taxes apply, prices exclude VAT/sales tax; your invoice shows the billing details you entered at checkout.

Stuck? Open a support ticket — include your license key and site URL.
